Hangzhou Ginkgo Hui Ding Fu Home is an exemplary residential interior design project that represents the pinnacle of contemporary luxury living in urban China, distinguished by its innovative fusion of traditional Chinese cultural elements with modern technological amenities. Located on the 39th to 41st floors of a prestigious development, this 1,200-square-meter duplex apartment showcases exceptional spatial design and architectural sophistication, offering panoramic views of the Qiantang River and the historic West Lake cultural site. The residence features a thoughtfully conceived three-floor layout, with the first level dedicated to communal spaces and family accommodations, incorporating elegant stone materials, refined furnishings, and sophisticated textile elements that create a harmonious living environment. A defining feature of this Bronze A' Design Award-winning project is its infinity swimming pool, which creates a mesmerizing visual connection with the surrounding landscape, effectively blending the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. The design philosophy emphasizes the spiritual and emotional aspects of contemporary living, catering to the sophisticated needs of urban elites while maintaining a deep connection to Chinese literary traditions. Completed in June 2023, the project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its material selection, spatial planning, and integration of advanced technological systems, setting new standards for high-end residential design during the Asian Games in Hangzhou. The interior architecture masterfully balances privacy and communal interaction through its well-planned layout, featuring high-ceiling living spaces and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light and visual connectivity with the urban landscape.
