The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, seamlessly integrates modern digital services including e-ticketing systems, a Digital Bar, and self-service counters to create an efficient and interactive customer experience. The branch's architectural philosophy emphasizes accessibility and technological integration while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere that appeals to both traditional and digitally-savvy customers. Notable design elements include a sophisticated e-ticketing system accessible through mobile applications, allowing customers to manage their wait times effectively, and a dedicated digital services area staffed by specialized Digital Advocates.
