Haitang Show House Show House

Haitang Show House Show House is an exemplary modern classic residential interior design project located in Sanya, China, completed in 2017, that masterfully combines luxury, functionality, and aesthetic harmony. This 8,000-square-foot vacation residence, designed by Andrew Tam and Vicky Chan, showcases a sophisticated balance of contemporary and timeless elements, featuring high-ceiling entrance foyers adorned with crystal chandeliers that create an immediate sense of grandeur and spaciousness. The interior design philosophy emphasizes the seamless integration of clean-lined furniture, warm lighting, and carefully curated materials, including wooden floors in warm tones complemented by thoughtfully selected rugs and upholstery. The property's coastal proximity influences its relaxed atmosphere, while the design caters specifically to young couples and families through its thoughtful spatial organization, incorporating entertainment areas for adults and dedicated play spaces for children. Distinguished by its innovative approach to luxury vacation living, the project features private gardens, swimming pools, and balconies that connect interior spaces with the natural environment. The design's excellence was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to residential interior design. The project's material palette includes fabric wallcoverings, linen upholstery, and colorful accessories that create a sophisticated yet energetic ambiance, while maintaining a harmonious balance between luxury and comfort.
