Haimen Changjiangyin Sales Office

Haimen Changjiangyin Sales Office is an exemplary architectural interior design project located in Haimen City, Jiangsu Province, China, encompassing 907 square meters of thoughtfully crafted space that seamlessly blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary design principles. The project, designed by Yu Chao and Guanghui Zeng, draws inspiration from the concept of the Moon Cave Gate and the natural flow of rivers, incorporating these elements to create a harmonious environment that bridges indoor and outdoor spaces. The design employs a sophisticated material palette, featuring smoke jade marble and Qing Tao jade marble, complemented by acrylic elements that contribute to the space's classical sensibility while maintaining modern functionality. The interior architecture is distinguished by its restrained color scheme derived from natural stone, which reinforces Oriental serenity and refinement through contemporary architectural techniques. A notable feature is the innovative moon-hole entryway that creates a dynamic interaction between interior and exterior environments, fostering an engaging atmosphere for visitors. The sales office serves as a comprehensive presentation space for potential property buyers, offering detailed construction plans and consultation areas. The design philosophy emphasizes self-sufficiency and natural coexistence, achieved through careful material selection and spatial organization that reflects the regional context of vast waterways. This project, recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates excellence in combining functional requirements with aesthetic sophistication, creating an environment that enhances the customer experience while maintaining cultural relevance.
