Gul Ahmed Office is an award-winning interior design project located on the 23rd floor of a commercial building, exemplifying a harmonious blend of corporate functionality and biophilic design principles. The 10,000-square-foot space showcases an innovative approach to modern workplace design through its distinctive integration of natural elements within a high-rise setting. The interior architecture employs a sophisticated material palette including marble, brass, wooden paneling, and reflective PU ceiling, creating an environment that pays homage to traditional craftsmanship while embracing contemporary design sensibilities. At its core, a remarkable forest-inspired conference room serves as the central node, featuring delicate lattice work and brass details that create a unique transitional space through which occupants must pass. The design philosophy emphasizes transparency and openness, utilizing glass walls throughout to maximize natural light and panoramic views while fostering an interactive work environment. The spatial organization is thoughtfully divided into two primary zones: director suites and management workstations, connected by the central boardroom. Notable design elements include articulately book-matched marble accent walls, a brass sculpture incorporating the corporate logo at the reception area, and private terraces overlooking the cityscape. The project, which won the Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional achievement in combining environmental consciousness with corporate aesthetics, particularly through its innovative solution of creating an internalized forest within an urban office setting.
