GTR And Teleport Office

GTR And Teleport Office

GTR and Teleport Office is an innovative co-working space design project located within a repurposed airport terminal, exemplifying a masterful blend of aviation heritage and contemporary workplace functionality. The design, which earned a Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, transforms the historical venue into a dynamic workspace that caters to the evolving needs of modern professionals. The space's design philosophy centers on creating an efficient, stress-free environment that maintains strong connections to its aeronautical past through thoughtfully integrated elements such as repurposed airplane turbines as seating areas and wing-shaped installations. The interior architecture features a sophisticated industrial aesthetic, utilizing materials such as iron plates, rivets, and concrete, balanced with strategic lighting design and vibrant orange accents to energize the space. A notable design element includes tunnel-like architraves at the entrances, created through layered panels, leading to distinct company areas. The workspace incorporates innovative features such as runway-inspired walkways with light strips, perforated panels for balanced privacy, and a central recreational platform topped by a signature wing installation that serves both as a casual gathering space and an event venue. The design's attention to detail extends to the reception area, where existing windows frame views of active runways, creating a dynamic connection between the space's past and present. This award-winning project demonstrates excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and conceptual execution, successfully creating an environment that promotes productivity while honoring its aviation heritage.
