Grosvenor Hong Kong Workplace Office

Grosvenor Hong Kong Workplace Office is an innovative workplace design project that exemplifies the integration of wellness-focused architecture with contemporary office functionality, distinguished by its thoughtful incorporation of circular elements as symbolic representations of wellbeing and tranquility. Located in the iconic Jardine House building in Hong Kong, this 5,000-square-foot interior transformation project demonstrates exceptional achievement in sustainable workplace design, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The design narrative draws inspiration from historical tea trading activities and oriental garden design principles, manifesting in distinctive circular architectural forms throughout the space. The workplace features an open-plan layout complemented by various support spaces, including formal meeting rooms, collaboration areas, focus rooms, and wellness zones, all designed to prioritize employee comfort and productivity. Notable design elements include custom joinery with acoustic fabric in circular shapes, carefully considered lighting systems for energy efficiency, and ergonomically optimized workstations. The reception area functions as an art gallery, showcasing contemporary artworks that foster a non-hierarchical company culture and enhance emotional engagement within the space. Environmental consciousness is evident in the selection of sustainable materials and the implementation of energy-efficient systems, while acoustic design considerations ensure optimal working conditions. This workplace design project stands as a testament to the successful integration of wellbeing principles, sustainable practices, and innovative spatial planning in contemporary office design.
