Gosh! CordBox Cable Management

gosh! CordBox Cable Management is an innovative cable organization solution that revolutionizes the conventional approach to managing power cords and electronic cables in both residential and professional environments. This sophisticated design, created by Singaporean designer Ryan Xie, represents a significant advancement in furniture accessories through its unique collapsible structure and premium aesthetic appeal. The system features a distinctive combination of fireproof ABS plastic with a metallic finish and luxurious faux leather wrapping, measuring 350 x 143 x 143 millimeters when assembled. Its ingenious three-step assembly process and magnetic top cover provide effortless access to power strips while maintaining a refined appearance suitable for visible desk placement rather than traditional under-desk mounting. The design addresses multiple stakeholder needs: for consumers, it offers an aesthetically pleasing solution that doubles as a desk accessory; for retailers, its collapsible nature optimizes merchandise space; and for distributors, the flat-pack design significantly reduces shipping costs. The product, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2015, exemplifies thoughtful industrial design through its integration of practical functionality with premium materials and finishes. Its construction incorporates three distinct molded components, featuring brushed aluminum-style lines that contrast elegantly with the leather elements, creating a harmonious blend of durability and sophistication.
