Golden Jade Headquarters Office

Golden Jade Headquarters Office

Golden Jade Headquarters Office is an award-winning architectural interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of modern office functionality with natural elements in an urban setting. Located in the heart of a contemporary cityscape yet embracing surrounding greenery, this 441.34-square-meter office space demonstrates innovative spatial design principles through its thoughtful incorporation of natural light, verdant elements, and flowing water motifs. The design philosophy centers on the concept of shared spaces while maintaining a delicate balance between openness and privacy, achieved through sophisticated architectural solutions such as movable soundproof partition walls and strategic space allocation across three floors. The interior features distinctive design elements including white terrazzo flooring that serves as a metaphorical canvas for daily activities, black mirror surfaces that create an illusion of water, and sculptural staircases designed to resemble floating islands with black perforated mesh handrails. The space encompasses multiple functional areas including meeting rooms, pantries, storage facilities, and office spaces, distributed across its three-level layout. Completed in September 2021, this sophisticated workplace environment showcases exceptional attention to detail in its material selection and spatial arrangement, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for its outstanding contribution to contemporary office design. The project's success lies in its ability to foster collaboration while maintaining individual workspace integrity, achieved through careful consideration of light, materials, and spatial flow, creating an environment that supports both productivity and employee well-being.
