Gocek Villas

Gocek Villas

Gocek Villas is an innovative architectural project located in Turkey's prime tourism destination, representing a harmonious integration of luxury residential design with environmental sustainability principles. The development encompasses 32 villas spread across a 22,146 square meter parcel, with individual villa sizes ranging from 110-120 square meters, thoughtfully designed by architect Koray Yavuzer. The project's distinctive V-type layout maximizes natural ventilation and sea views, featuring a revolutionary approach to traditional housing concepts through fluid transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Each villa incorporates regional natural materials in its facade coverings, demonstrating a commitment to both environmental responsibility and architectural durability. The design philosophy emphasizes the connection between built environment and nature, utilizing semi-open corridors and bridges instead of conventional closed hallways to enhance natural airflow and create a seamless living experience. Social amenities complement the residential units, supporting a comprehensive luxury lifestyle while maintaining environmental consciousness. The project, which commenced in April 2022, aims for LEED Gold certification, underlining its dedication to sustainable development practices. This architectural achievement has been recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to residential design and environmental integration.
