Global One Office Space

Global One Office Space

Global One Office space is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies the seamless integration of modern office functionality with classical Modernist aesthetics. Located on the 39th floor of Moscow-City International Business Centre, this 1,500-square-meter office space represents a sophisticated interpretation of contemporary workplace design, drawing inspiration from Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's iconic Villa Tugendhat. The space, designed by architect Vadim Kondrashev, masterfully overcomes structural challenges through thoughtful spatial planning, transforming potential constraints such as building columns and low ceilings into architectural advantages. The design employs a careful selection of premium materials, including smoked oak, travertine, opaque glass, and chrome, enhanced by innovative lightweight aluminum honeycomb structures inspired by yachting design principles. The office functions as both a professional workspace and an art gallery, featuring carefully curated works including pieces by renowned architects and artists. The layout emphasizes enfilade composition, creating fluid movement patterns that connect art installations with functional areas while maximizing natural light and spatial efficiency. This harmonious blend of art and architecture earned the project a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its exceptional contribution to contemporary office design. The space encompasses executive offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, and dedicated working zones, all unified by a sophisticated design language that prioritizes both aesthetic excellence and practical functionality.
