Gemdale Yangyun Sales Office

Gemdale Yangyun Sales Office

Gemdale Yangyun Sales Office is an exemplary architectural interior design project that masterfully integrates contemporary Chinese aesthetics with minimalist design principles, covering an expansive area of 600 square meters. Drawing inspiration from Gao Xingjian's painting The Edge of Reality, the space artfully merges lunar motifs and ink-wash aesthetics with Zen-inspired design elements, creating a harmonious synthesis between structural elements and furnishings. The interior design, conceived by Yu Chao and Guanghui Zeng, demonstrates exceptional material selection, featuring premium elements such as Portor Gold stone and coffee-cream marble, which contribute to its sophisticated ambiance while maintaining simplicity. The space is characterized by its dynamic linear compositions that create varying atmospheric resonances, perfectly embodying oriental courtesy through its spatial rhythm and allowing visitors to explore the delicate balance between artistic expression and spiritual essence. This innovative sales office, recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, showcases a thoughtful response to spatial constraints through careful structural analysis and design implementation. The project's success lies in its ability to transform a standard commercial space into an artistic sanctuary where potential homebuyers can experience a sophisticated presentation of residential offerings while being immersed in an environment that reflects traditional Chinese cultural values through a contemporary lens.
