Functional And Colorful Office Office

Functional And Colorful Office Office

Functional and Colorful Office Office is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of functionality, aesthetics, and workplace psychology in contemporary office design. Created by designers Anna Maslova and Gregory Neverov, this transformative office space, completed in 2018, represents a sophisticated approach to modern workplace design that preserves the historical character of its location while incorporating cutting-edge design elements. The space features innovative technical equipment, transformable zones, and air glass partitions that create a dynamic work environment spanning 56 square meters with 4.5-meter-high ceilings. The design's distinctive use of color semantics reflects the company's versatility and facilitates communication between development teams, while the thoughtfully implemented glass partitions, standing at three meters high, maintain visual connectivity while providing essential acoustic isolation. The project incorporates several innovative elements, including writable wall surfaces throughout the office to capture spontaneous ideas, sliding partitions in conference and negotiation rooms for space flexibility, and acoustic cylinders from Flexakustik-FR for enhanced sound management. The design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial organization, technological integration, and user-centered design principles. The project's success lies in its ability to create a cohesive environment that promotes team collaboration while maintaining individual productivity, achieved through careful consideration of spatial dynamics, material selection, and psychological comfort factors.
