Freshmore Food is an innovative culinary development project focused on creating advanced varieties of edible mushrooms, specifically the Crab Mushroom and White Jade Mushroom, through sophisticated biotechnology and sustainable cultivation methods. This groundbreaking initiative, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Food, Beverage and Culinary Arts Design category, represents a significant advancement in mushroom cultivation technology and sustainable food production. The project encompasses comprehensive research and development efforts to optimize appearance, freshness, taste, and nutritional content while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. The developed mushroom varieties, designated as finc-B-8031 for Crab Mushroom and finc-W-247 for White Jade Mushroom, are distinguished by their meat-like texture and unique ability to absorb flavors, making them particularly suitable for culinary applications. These mushrooms are exceptionally nutritious, containing 18 essential amino acids, vitamins, and rare trace elements, notably vitamin D, which is typically scarce in conventional vegetables. The production process exemplifies sustainable agriculture by utilizing organic waste materials such as crop straw, corn cobs, cottonseed shells, and sawdust as cultivation substrates. The implementation of an intelligent factory system enables real-time monitoring of production parameters and quality control, ensuring consistent product excellence. The project's packaging specifications are meticulously designed in various dimensions to maintain product freshness and facilitate efficient distribution, with sizes ranging from 155×75×75mm to 200×120×90mm.
