Foram Aesthetic Clinic
Foram Aesthetic Clinic is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of nature-inspired aesthetics and contemporary healthcare spaces, completed in 2022 in Taiwan. The 661-square-meter facility encompasses three distinct zones: a 234-square-meter outdoor landscape area, a 307-square-meter front clinic section, and a 120-square-meter VIP area, each thoughtfully designed to create a transformative healing environment. The design's centerpiece features a remarkable main wall that pays homage to Taichung City's river, incorporating angled wooden squares with specialized paint treatments to create a shimmering, water-like effect that symbolizes the essence of life and renewal. The clinic's sophisticated design philosophy extends to its meticulous material selection, combining warm walnut, custom-made paints, fine sand, stone, and varied textiles to establish profound sensory connections. Notable architectural elements include a 6-meter-long hall counter crafted from dark gray granite veneer and beige wood, enhanced with high-durability coating. The space's innovative layout addresses practical challenges while maintaining aesthetic excellence, featuring cleverly concealed technical infrastructure and a reimagined entrance pathway that enhances privacy and creates a sense of ceremony. The clinic's distinct areas are conceptualized around the four phases of day - Dawn, Noon, Dusk, and Midnight - each space uniquely furnished to create independent healing environments. This exceptional design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to healthcare facility design and its successful integration of artistic elements with functional requirements.
