This groundbreaking beverage concept, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Food, Beverage and Culinary Arts Design category, distinguishes itself through its sophisticated utilization of chia seeds' natural absorption properties to create distinct taste transitions, similar to the evolving notes in fine perfumes. The beverage's most striking feature is its ability to produce a luminescent effect under black light, making it particularly suitable for nightlife venues and special events. The design's technical innovation lies in its strategic use of chia seeds' gel-like properties to preserve and gradually release different flavors and edible colors, creating a multi-sensory drinking experience that unfolds in sequential phases.
