Find Way Office

Find Way Office

Find Way Office is an innovative interior design project completed in Shanghai during 2018, exemplifying a sophisticated approach to contemporary workplace design through its harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. The 412-square-meter space demonstrates exceptional spatial planning, incorporating multiple functions including reception, conference, and publicity areas within its layout. The design philosophy emphasizes the preservation of original structural features while introducing modern architectural elements to create a more powerful and aesthetically pleasing environment. The space utilizes a front store and back factory layout configuration, featuring thoughtful material selections including natural stone, wood textures, and glass partitions that effectively minimize spatial constraints. Notable design elements include molecular chandeliers with brass brackets and turquoise blown glass balls, creating warm ambient lighting that enhances the space's sophisticated atmosphere. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases a convergent layout in its reception center, effectively balancing modern business requirements with artistic expression. The design successfully transforms abstract artistic concepts into tangible spatial language, featuring a color palette that combines simple white and wood tones with gray floor tiles to achieve a subtle luxury aesthetic. Through its innovative approach to space optimization and attention to detail, the project creates a balanced, harmonious environment that supports multiple business functions while maintaining a strong cultural identity and contemporary appeal.
