Fill the Gap Coffee Table is an innovative furniture design that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of natural materials and emotional design principles. Created by Brazilian designer Roberta Rampazzo, this contemporary piece challenges traditional perceptions of marble by incorporating an intentional void space that invites user interaction and personalization. The table, which garnered recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2022, features clean geometric lines and a minimalist aesthetic while maintaining a strong emotional connection through its interactive element. Available in two distinct dimensional configurations (1200mm x 1200mm x 350mm or 600mm x 600mm x 600mm), the design employs sophisticated 45-degree angle cuts in its marble construction, ensuring seamless joints and superior craftsmanship. The table's defining characteristic is its deliberate gap, which can be complemented with an optional acrylic vase, allowing users to personalize the space with books, flowers, or meaningful objects.
