This 100,779-square-meter development, rising 38.5 meters high, showcases a revolutionary approach to commercial architecture by incorporating themed zones inspired by natural scenes, including a spectacular central waterfall feature that serves as the mall's iconic centerpiece. The design philosophy draws inspiration from cultural mythology, particularly the journey of the Monkey King, manifesting in three distinct atriums that feature the waterfall garden of Elbe, a fairy wood, and a botanical valley. The mall's sophisticated engineering includes a water curtain system and mist nozzle water spray system in the main atrium, complemented by low emissivity insulating glass and aluminum baffles in the skylight to optimize natural lighting while maintaining energy efficiency.
