Feili Yundi Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project completed in 2019 in Taicang, Jiangsu, China, that exemplifies contemporary sustainable design principles through its adaptive reuse approach. This three-story structure, strategically positioned adjacent to Tianjin Lake, was conceived as a dual-purpose facility, initially serving as a sales center before transitioning into a community activity center. The design philosophy emphasizes environmental consciousness by implementing a no-demolition transformation strategy, distinguishing itself from conventional sales offices through its profound aesthetic significance and philosophical undertones. The interior spatial design is characterized by its sophisticated use of infinite loops and abstract elements, creating an immersive experiential journey through carefully orchestrated spaces. The project's distinctive features include long-span structural elements that effectively blur traditional floor relationships, employing art paint and colored terrazzo as primary materials to complement the curved architectural forms. The design's innovative approach to spatial organization manifests through coherent shapes that serve as the core spatial element, seamlessly integrating functional requirements with experiential qualities.
