Exotic Jewellers Jewellery Store is an innovative retail interior design concept that reimagines the traditional jewelry shopping experience through a sophisticated metaphorical interpretation of goldmines. This award-winning architectural design, created by Iranian designer Hamidreza Nikkhou, transforms a 12.7m x 6.7m x 5.8m space into an immersive environment that artfully combines luxury with raw natural elements. The design's distinctive aesthetic is characterized by its bold geometric forms and dramatic use of materials, featuring over 600 precisely CNC-cut parts of matte black Corian assembled seamlessly to create an integrated dark interior structure. The space is punctuated by strategic insertions of gold-plated bronze sheets that create striking fissures in the walls, evoking the natural occurrence of precious metals within rock formations. The interior's dramatic composition is enhanced by large crystal glass display units and custom-cast glass seating elements, while a luminous Ice Onyx slab flooring provides an ethereal glow that contrasts with the darker elements above. This sophisticated retail environment, which earned recognition at the A' Design Award competition in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates excellence in both conceptual depth and technical execution, successfully translating intangible concepts into a physically striking space that elevates the jewelry retail experience through its modern, minimalist interpretation of geological formations.
