Elegant & Quality Residence Residential House

Elegant & Quality Residence Residential House

Elegant & Quality Residence Residential House is an exemplary residential interior design project that masterfully combines functionality, aesthetics, and user-centered design principles within a 198-square-meter space. Completed in January 2018 in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, this sophisticated dwelling showcases innovative spatial planning that prioritizes natural lighting and thoughtful circulation patterns. The design, created by Shih-Kai Chen and Kuei-Chu Chiang, features a centrally positioned dining room with radiating spaces arranged in a circular flow, effectively separating private and public areas while maintaining spatial harmony. The interior's distinctive characteristics include a compressed-height foyer with coordinated wood patterns, creating a deliberate transition into the bright, open-style public areas. Notable design elements incorporate slant-cut marble extending from the television wall to the floor, creating a striking visual impact, while the sophisticated combination of white, grey, and dark grey tones is complemented by Hinoki wood accents that provide both visual interest and natural fragrance. The master bedroom renovation includes a dedicated dressing room, specifically tailored to the female homeowner's needs, while the kitchen showcases integrated lighting, white countertops, and dark cabinetry in a semi-open configuration. This exceptional residential project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates excellence in spatial optimization, material selection, and attention to detail, setting a benchmark for contemporary residential interior design.
