Eco Smart City Sales Centre

Eco Smart City Sales Centre

Eco Smart City Sales Centre is an innovative architectural and interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of traditional Chinese architectural principles with modern sustainable design practices. Located in Changde, China, this 2,500-square-meter facility serves as both a sales center and public reception space, drawing inspiration from ancient Chinese grand mansions and incorporating the three-courtyard system to create distinct functional zones. The design philosophy centers around the poetic concept of Peach Blossom Spring, manifesting in thoughtfully crafted spaces that blend cultural heritage with contemporary aesthetics. The facility features energy-efficient LED lighting systems with adaptive illuminance control, environmentally conscious materials including formaldehyde-free wooden furniture with natural marble tabletops, and innovative design elements such as decorative peach trees crafted from recycled iron. The central hall showcases a distinctive ceiling lamp design that mirrors the pattern of Changde's Chuanzi River, while the city memory hall displays historical artifacts from the Ming and Qing dynasties preserved through specialized wire super long art glass technology. This exemplary project, which won the prestigious Gold A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, demonstrates exceptional achievement in sustainable architecture, cultural preservation, and innovative space utilization, setting new standards for eco-conscious commercial spaces that serve both private and public interests.
