Duobaan Hotel Logo And VI

Duobaan Hotel Logo and VI is an innovative visual identity system that masterfully combines Eastern philosophical principles with contemporary design aesthetics, created to establish a distinctive brand presence in the hospitality sector. The design concept draws inspiration from the neurotransmitter dopamine, incorporating its positive psychological associations into the visual language through thoughtfully arranged color blocks. The logo's foundation centers on the letter 'D', constructed through a systematic arrangement of geometric elements that creates a harmonious balance between simplicity and complexity. This sophisticated design system, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category, employs a strategic combination of black and white elements alongside vibrant accent colors to convey a sense of rhythm and movement. The visual identity's auxiliary graphics extend from the core logo design, presenting a cohesive system that offers extensive flexibility for various applications while maintaining brand consistency. The project, completed in Beijing, demonstrates exceptional technical excellence in its execution, particularly in how it translates Eastern philosophical concepts of multiplication and creation into tangible design elements. The visual system's sophisticated approach to color blocking and geometric composition not only serves its immediate functional purpose but also creates an atmosphere that resonates with the emotional and psychological aspects of its namesake inspiration, effectively communicating the brand's commitment to delivering positive experiences and high-end hospitality services.
