Dragon Pristine Office is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of Oriental Zen aesthetics with contemporary office functionality, completed in September 2022. This 198-square-meter office space, located on the eighth floor of a commercial building, represents a revolutionary approach to commercial interior design by deliberately departing from conventional office layouts. The design, conceptualized and executed by Li-Min Wu, uniquely divides the space into two distinct zones: a residential-like client area and a functional staff workspace. The entrance foyer sets the tone with its striking Oriental Zen aesthetic, featuring a floating ceiling design that creates the illusion of white clouds, complemented by travertine and wood panels that evoke the serenity of a Japanese rock garden. The material palette demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, incorporating brown travertine, gray Guanyin stone, lacquered solid wood flooring, and custom walnut furnishings in the client area, while the office space utilizes dark blue Bolon carpet and features accent walls in red and yellow. The project's sophisticated grille work showcases masterful craftsmanship, employing an innovative glass insertion technique that achieves a refined, minimal profile. The design successfully balances multiple textural elements through the strategic use of plants and light-colored materials, creating a cozy yet professional atmosphere. This exceptional work, which won the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates outstanding achievement in spatial planning, material selection, and atmospheric design, particularly notable for its ability to maintain privacy and sound insulation while fostering a creative work environment.
