This 1,500-square-meter facility, completed in October 2018, showcases a sophisticated design philosophy inspired by the natural beauty of the Jiuxi Scenic Spot and the West Lake area. The centre's most distinctive feature is its minimalist courtyard, which incorporates a mirror-like pool constructed with black granite tiles, complemented by a thoughtfully placed tree and rock-shaped sculpture that creates a tranquil, contemplative atmosphere reminiscent of traditional Chinese gardens. The interior spaces demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, featuring a life experience club dominated by light gray tones accented with white and gold elements, creating a refined and serene environment. The design incorporates innovative architectural solutions, including two trapezoid skylights integrated into the reflecting pond that serve as natural light sources for the underground swimming pool. The facility's underground level houses multiple functional spaces, including a reception room, gym, private dining area, and a chess card room, all designed with meticulous attention to spatial harmony and user experience. The project, which won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in sustainable design practices through features such as customized LOW-E insulating glass curtain walls and sophisticated climate control systems.
