Doodlight Bullet Journal Laser Projector

Doodlight Bullet Journal Laser Projector

Doodlight Bullet Journal Laser Projector is an innovative digital assistance device designed to enhance the bullet journaling experience through precise laser projection technology. This compact electronic device, measuring 45mm x 45mm x 20mm, serves as an optical guidance system that helps users create professionally styled journal layouts and designs with unprecedented accuracy. Developed by Iranian industrial designer Mohamad Montazeri, this Bronze A' Design Award-winning device seamlessly bridges the gap between digital planning and analog journaling by projecting customizable designs, fonts, and shapes directly onto paper surfaces. The system operates through a dedicated mobile application where users can create and customize their desired layouts, which are then transmitted to the device via Bluetooth or USB connectivity. The projector employs single-color laser technology to display guidelines that users can trace, effectively eliminating common challenges such as proportion inconsistencies and spacing errors in bullet journal design. Notable features include adjustable focus and zoom capabilities, a convenient clamping mechanism for secure attachment to journals, and USB charging functionality. The device represents a significant advancement in journaling tools, particularly addressing the needs of users who struggle with consistent design implementation or seek to optimize their planning efficiency. Its innovative approach to combining digital precision with traditional handwriting practices earned recognition in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category at the A' Design Award competition, highlighting its contribution to modernizing personal organization methods while maintaining the therapeutic and creative aspects of manual journaling.
