This groundbreaking hospitality design, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Recreation, Travel and Tourism Design category, consists of six distinct dining venues strategically positioned along expansive corridors, each measuring approximately three meters in width and extending up to forty-six meters in length. The design masterfully repurposes previously mundane airport spaces into engaging gastronomic environments, featuring an array of carefully curated restaurants and bars that cater to diverse culinary preferences. Each oasis is thoughtfully designed to create an immersive dining experience, incorporating commissioned artworks from established artists that enhance the aesthetic appeal and create a unique sense of place. The innovative design includes state-of-the-art technological integration through tablet-based ordering systems that provide visual menus, entertainment options, and real-time flight information, revolutionizing the traditional airport dining experience. The spatial configuration accommodates varying seating capacities, ranging from intimate 48-seat arrangements to more expansive 121-seat venues, with each establishment featuring distinct thematic elements that pay homage to iconic New York and New Jersey neighborhoods. This award-winning design successfully addresses the challenging constraints of narrow, linear spaces while delivering an elevated dining experience that combines world-class hospitality, innovative design, and cutting-edge technology to transform the airport dining paradigm.
