Dart Points
Dart points are the sharp tips of darts used in the game of darts. They are typically made of steel or tungsten and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The most common shape is the conical point, which tapers to a sharp point at the end. Other shapes include the bullet point, which has a rounded tip, and the torpedo point, which has a slightly flattened end. The length of the dart point can also vary, with longer points generally being used by more experienced players who prefer a heavier dart. The weight of the point can also affect the balance of the dart, with heavier points shifting the center of gravity towards the front of the dart. Dart points can be attached to the barrel of the dart in a number of ways, including screw-in and push-in points. Screw-in points are threaded and screwed into the barrel, while push-in points are simply pushed into a hole in the barrel and held in place by friction. In addition to their functional purpose, dart points can also be decorative, with a variety of colors and designs available to add a personal touch to a player's darts.
