Dalian Huafa Villa Sales Gallery And Show Flat

Dalian Huafa Villa Sales Gallery and Show Flat is an exemplary architectural and interior design project located in a prestigious coastal area of Dalian, China, showcasing innovative residential design principles and luxurious living spaces. The four-story exhibition space, completed in September 2020, encompasses 493 square meters and features a sophisticated blend of contemporary design elements inspired by its maritime surroundings. The project demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its incorporation of a basement entertainment area, complete with wine cellar and bar, connected by a distinctive U-shaped staircase and private elevator system. The interior design scheme employs premium materials including vertical leather panels, gold mirror finishes, and feature walls crafted from marble with integrated vertical lighting. The thoughtful material palette extends to light beige furniture and wooden flooring, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the ceiling's unique mirror treatment with light paint establishes an elegant, minimalist environment. This Iron A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category represents a significant achievement in luxury residential showcase design, particularly notable for its response to its coastal context and its success in creating a low-density residential environment in an traditionally high-density area. The design effectively maximizes sea views and incorporates natural elements throughout, featuring multiple terraces, a roof garden, and sophisticated living spaces that include specialized areas such as children's rooms with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, demonstrating exceptional attention to both functionality and aesthetic refinement.
