Crreg Longfor Chenyue Interior Space

Crreg Longfor Chenyue Interior Space is an innovative residential interior design project completed in Nanjing in 2022, exemplifying contemporary living solutions through its sophisticated spatial arrangement and thoughtful functionality. The design encompasses a 125-square-meter layout featuring four bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms, distinguished by its signature six-meter horizontal hall and LKD (Living-Kitchen-Dining) configuration that maximizes natural illumination and spatial transparency. The project's architectural philosophy centers on creating harmonious family interactions while maintaining individual privacy, achieved through a careful balance of interconnected yet independent functional areas. The design employs a refined material palette, incorporating customized rock plates and metal grille elements in the background wall to establish a dynamic, luxurious atmosphere. The master suite integration of bedroom, cloakroom, and bathroom functions demonstrates exceptional space optimization, while the double balcony serves dual purposes as a sky garden and coffee bar. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category showcases excellence in modern residential design through its warm color scheme, minimalist aesthetic, and intelligent space utilization. The design's theoretical foundation draws from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, particularly addressing higher-order social and self-actualization requirements through thoughtfully designed public spaces, while the removal of non-bearing walls and implementation of clear circulation paths enhance the overall living experience.
