Cromia Mipel Milano Stand is an innovative exhibition design concept that revolutionizes the traditional approach to trade show architecture through its dynamic and adaptable structure. Created by Italian designer Franco Pupillo, this sophisticated stand design draws its primary inspiration from the iconic shape of a handbag, incorporating this motif into its external walls to create a distinctive visual identity. The stand, measuring 14 x 9 meters with a height of 3 meters, features a sophisticated construction of lacquered wood and cement-effect finishes, complemented by two striking LED-illuminated side walls covered with interchangeable backlit arlight banners. This ingenious design allows for seasonal transformation, enabling the stand to present a fresh appearance at each trade fair edition while maintaining brand consistency. The interior space is thoughtfully organized with various exhibition areas, featuring S-shaped shelves with integrated LED lighting and exhibition parallelepipeds finished with a cement-like texture. The design's success led to its implementation in retail locations, demonstrating its versatility and commercial viability. The project, which commenced in September 2016, earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Trade Show Architecture, Interiors, and Exhibit Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to brand presentation and space utilization. The stand's design excellence lies in its ability to balance aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, incorporating a welcoming bar area and strategically planned product display zones that enhance visitor engagement while effectively showcasing merchandise.
