Crate Bathroom Furniture System
Crate Bathroom Furniture System is an innovative modular bathroom furniture solution that exemplifies contemporary design principles while prioritizing functionality and aesthetic appeal. This comprehensive system, designed by Fatih Mintas and team, represents a sophisticated approach to bathroom interior design, incorporating natural wood elements with modern manufacturing techniques to create a harmonious living space. The system features carefully considered dimensional standardization, with vanity basins available in 80cm and 100cm widths, complemented by bowl units of 120cm, creating a cohesive modular system that provides architects and designers with flexible implementation options. The design employs a unique natural lamination process for wooden components, featuring textured main bodies and precision-milled vertical laths that serve as handles, all protected by a specialized lacquer system engineered specifically for bathroom environments to combat water and humidity exposure. The furniture system's distinctive characteristics include ergonomic considerations, durability, and multiple storage solutions, all while maintaining a warm and inviting aesthetic through its wood-focused design language. This Silver A' Design Award-winning creation in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design category demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its construction, particularly in addressing the challenges of combining various materials in humid environments, while its modular nature allows for versatile application across different bathroom configurations and architectural requirements.
