Established in June 2019 in Tokyo, the platform has evolved to serve both business and consumer markets, particularly adapting to changing market conditions during the global pandemic by expanding into household services. The system effectively bridges the gap between craftsmen and end-users, enabling direct feedback channels that influence product development and market adaptation.
