This sophisticated sales center represents a masterful exploration of spatial continuity, where the interplay between light, shadow, and carefully selected materials creates a dynamic and evolving environment. The design philosophy centers on the concept of a bridge that connects space with matter through the thoughtful manipulation of natural light and material relationships. The center features a distinctive 7-meter recessed entrance that interprets natural elements through five different forms and materials, while a pure white spiral structure crowns the revolving corridor, creating a seamless visual flow. The interior composition employs a refined material palette of earthy tones, combining the warmth of wood, the lustrous qualities of bronze metalwork, and the textural depth of stone and concrete. The negotiation areas are strategically designed with transparent elements to mediate between private and open spaces, while the curved leather seating arrangements are thoughtfully segmented to complement the architectural language. This exceptional project, which garnered the Platinum A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates remarkable innovation in its approach to commercial space design.
