Coway Customer Experience Centre is a pioneering interactive digital showroom located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, designed to create an immersive and educational experience for visitors exploring innovative solutions for clean water, air purification, quality sleep, and washroom hygiene. Conceptualized and executed by IQI Concept, this 2210-square-foot facility seamlessly integrates natural elements with futuristic design, embodying principles of purity through its sophisticated use of white, blue, and black color schemes, complemented by fluid curved lines. The centre is strategically divided into five distinct zones: Brand Heritage, Water Care, Air Care, Living Care, and Service Care, each featuring a hybrid of physical and digital interactive elements. A standout feature is the water filtration station, which incorporates white and wooden curved designs to symbolize the Tree of Life concept, emphasizing water's fundamental role in sustaining life. The space employs advanced technology, including touch screen projectors and flexible electronic devices, enabling dynamic content updates and interactive engagement. The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, successfully overcomes spatial constraints while maintaining a delicate balance between sophistication and functionality, incorporating elements that engage multiple senses - visual, auditory, and tactile - to create a comprehensive digital experience. The project, completed between October 2020 and April 2021, represents a significant advancement in experiential retail design, setting new standards for interactive product demonstration and customer engagement in the wellness technology sector.
