This groundbreaking design, created by a team of designers including Zaili Zhuang, Kai Li, Binjie Wang, and Rong Lin, features a unique combination of PC (polycarbonate) material for the main body and silica gel for the bottom section, enabling dual functionality through its transformative design. The bucket's distinctive feature lies in its adaptable bottom, which can be pushed upward or downward, effectively creating two distinct configurations for different uses. When used as a conventional bucket, the silica gel bottom automatically adjusts downward under the weight of water, lowering the water level to prevent splashing during transport, thereby solving a common household inconvenience while simultaneously reducing water waste. When inverted, the design transforms into a practical washing basin, particularly suitable for cleaning small garments, eliminating the need for uncomfortable bending positions that typically strain the user's back and waist. With dimensions of 320mm upper diameter, 280mm bottom diameter, and 450mm height, this design exemplifies the marriage of form and function in contemporary household products.
