Colombo Kitchen Living Interior

Colombo Kitchen Living Interior

Colombo Kitchen Living Interior is a sophisticated kitchen and living space design that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of modern minimalism and luxury classical elements, created by the Kharchenko design team. This innovative interior design project, completed between August 2018 and January 2019, showcases a complex yet elegant aesthetic achieved through the masterful integration of premium materials and advanced manufacturing techniques. The design features a striking kitchen island measuring 5200mm in length, 1200mm in depth, and 910mm in height, complemented by extensive storage sections and glass elements that extend to 2300mm in height. The project's distinctive characteristics include specially engineered door panels and facades created using a combination of natural stone and plywood, processed through sophisticated 3D machining and specialized pressing techniques to achieve unique textural qualities. The design's versatility is enhanced by its modular approach and carefully considered color palette, allowing seamless integration with various interior styles. Notable technical features include comprehensive household appliance integration and thoughtfully designed storage solutions that maximize functionality while maintaining aesthetic coherence. The project garnered international recognition, winning an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, acknowledging its innovative use of space, material selection excellence, and functional layout design. This kitchen living interior represents a significant achievement in contemporary interior design, demonstrating how careful material selection and advanced manufacturing processes can create spaces that balance practical functionality with refined aesthetics.
