Clic Dog Training Tool

Clic Dog Training Tool is an innovative and sustainable pet training device designed by Hungarian product designer Balázs Tóth, representing a significant advancement in professional dog training equipment through its modular design and premium construction. This sophisticated training tool, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in the Pet Care, Toys, Supplies and Products for Animals Design category, exemplifies a thoughtful approach to combining functionality with environmental consciousness. The device features a modular assembly system that facilitates easy repairs and customization, allowing users to mix and match colors and materials while enabling simple strap adjustments without additional tools. Constructed primarily from injection-molded PLA housing in vibrant colors, complemented by silicone and textile strap accessories and stainless steel internal components, the tool offers an optional model with cast aluminum housing for enhanced durability. The ergonomic design, measuring 30mm x 23.5mm x 60mm, incorporates an oversized button for precise timing during training sessions, addressing the growing demand among contemporary dog owners for sustainable and aesthetically pleasing pet accessories. Distinguished by its non-disposable nature, the tool represents a departure from conventional short-lived dog clickers, offering a long-term solution that maintains its functionality and style throughout years of training and daily walks. The design emerged from extensive research conducted between October 2020 and November 2021, encompassing market analysis, ergonomic studies, and sustainability considerations, ultimately creating a product that bridges the gap between professional functionality and contemporary design sensibilities.
