Cleaness Residential House

Cleaness Residential House

Cleaness Residential House is an award-winning residential interior design project that exemplifies minimalist aesthetics and thoughtful spatial composition, created by Taiwanese designer Yi Feng Huang. The design philosophy centers on removing complicated and heavy elements to reveal the clear essence of living spaces, achieved through the sophisticated interplay of natural and artificial light. The project's distinctive feature is its glass-enclosed study, strategically positioned between the living and dining areas, which creates a seamless visual connection while maintaining functional privacy. The design employs a refined material palette dominated by dyed oak surfaces that extend across walls, floors, and ceilings, with their intense color and texture carefully balanced against simple linear structures. The space is characterized by its innovative approach to storage solutions, where functional elements are elegantly concealed within the architectural framework. The design's emphasis on pure white tones and reduced decorative elements allows the occupants' daily life to become the primary focus, while the strategic removal of partial walls around the television area reduces visual weight and optimizes natural light penetration. This sophisticated residential project, which won the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional skill in creating a warm, emotionally resonant living environment through the careful orchestration of sight lines, light flow, and material textures.
