City Vue Residential Apartment

City Vue Residential Apartment

City Vue Residential Apartment is an exemplary residential interior design project that demonstrates sophisticated space optimization and contemporary luxury living solutions. This 113-square-meter apartment renovation showcases a masterful transformation of spatial configuration, where the original layout was thoughtfully reconfigured to better align with modern lifestyle requirements. The design philosophy embraces a mid-century modern aesthetic characterized by clean lines and purposeful minimalism, while incorporating hidden doors for bathrooms and kitchen areas to maintain visual continuity throughout the space. The interior scheme is distinguished by its sophisticated use of dark, soothing color palettes that symbolize understated luxury, complemented by carefully selected dark wooden furniture that adds depth and textural richness to the environment. A significant aspect of the design involves the strategic reconfiguration of rooms to create a small study room and an en-suite bedroom, maximizing the luxury quotient of the available space. The project, which was completed after a comprehensive two-month renovation period following three months of meticulous design planning in Singapore, exemplifies excellence in residential interior design, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The design successfully creates a tranquil sanctuary that serves as a respite from urban living, while maintaining functionality and aesthetic sophistication through its thoughtful space planning and material selection.
