Citeduciel Apartment Private Leisure & Entertainment Club

Citeduciel Apartment Private Leisure & Entertainment Club is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of Chinese philosophical traditions with contemporary spatial design, realized within a 750-square-meter space in Shenzhen, China. Completed in April 2017, this sophisticated leisure establishment represents a profound exploration of sensory awakening and spiritual reflection through architectural design. The project, conceived by renowned designer Song Han and his team, masterfully integrates Confucian and Taoist principles, creating distinct functional zones that facilitate both active engagement and contemplative retreat. The space employs a refined material palette including solid wood flooring, white perforated aluminum plates, marble, and white fluorocarbon baking paint boards to create an atmosphere of elegant minimalism. This exceptional design, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates remarkable innovation in its approach to awakening human sensory experiences through spatial design. The project's philosophical foundation draws from the dual influences of Confucianism's structured moral codes and Taoism's emphasis on natural freedom, creating an environment that supports both personal growth and spiritual fulfillment. The design's success in achieving its ambitious goals of facilitating self-reflection and life appreciation through architectural means has established it as a significant contribution to contemporary interior design, particularly in the context of private leisure spaces.
