Childlike Dream Sales Center is an innovative interior design project that reimagines the traditional sales center concept through a unique blend of functionality and whimsical aesthetics. Spanning 2,500 square meters, this architectural masterpiece integrates storytelling elements and emotional resonance into its spatial design, creating an environment that appeals to visitors of all ages. The design philosophy centers on merging childhood nostalgia with sophisticated commercial functionality, featuring distinct zones including a lobby, negotiation area, leisure space, and model room area. The negotiation area employs a pink color palette to establish a warm, dreamy atmosphere, complemented by diverse seating arrangements, abstract decorative elements, and carefully curated lighting that collectively creates an inviting environment for business discussions. The leisure area uniquely combines futuristic elements with childhood motifs, utilizing red and blue color schemes to craft a welcoming atmosphere that extends the comfort of home. Distinguished by its departure from conventional luxury-focused sales centers, this project prioritizes practical, flexible spaces while maintaining an engaging interior design that captures visitors' attention. The innovative approach to space utilization maximizes both functionality and artistic expression, creating an environment where adults can reconnect with childlike wonder while children are free to explore their imagination. This groundbreaking design, created under the direction of Winston Wen and completed in 2021, received recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to commercial interior design innovation.
