Chi Forest Smart Freezer

Chi Forest Smart Freezer

Chi Forest Smart Freezer is an innovative intelligent refrigeration system that integrates advanced technologies including Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence algorithms, image recognition, and big data analysis to revolutionize retail beverage storage and distribution. This sophisticated smart freezer, designed by Gaosong Liu and Sihai Chen, features a patented Ovlon roller structure that enables automatic product advancement, ensuring continuous front-facing display and improved user experience. The system's minimalist design aesthetic is characterized by pure white coloring and rounded contours, achieved through ABS injection molding combined with cold-rolled steel plate construction, complemented by LED illumination for enhanced product visibility. With dimensions of 700x900x2000mm, this intelligent freezer employs deep learning technology to analyze sales patterns across various seasons, times, and shelf positions, optimizing product placement and timing to maximize sales effectiveness. The system's real-time monitoring capabilities maintain inventory vacancy rates at approximately 2%, a significant improvement over traditional freezer systems' 8% average. The Bronze A' Design Award-winning design (2022) in the Wholesale, Retail Trade, Commerce and E-Commerce category incorporates remote monitoring functionality that tracks product quantities, types, and expiration dates, transmitting this data to a centralized management system for efficient inventory control and restocking operations. This integration of advanced technology with practical retail solutions represents a significant advancement in automated retail systems, demonstrating how intelligent design can enhance operational efficiency while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
