Chengdu Yuelanting Sales Center is a sophisticated architectural and interior design project completed in 2020, encompassing 1000 square meters of thoughtfully crafted space in the heart of Qingbaijiang District, China. This transformative project represents a significant urban regeneration initiative, converting a previously abandoned structure into a contemporary sales center that masterfully balances functionality with artistic expression. The design's distinctive features include a sculptural keel craft chandelier that creates a dynamic sense of vertical movement, complemented by strategically placed punched aluminum plates that add textural richness to the second-story facade. The interior space showcases an innovative fusion of modern materials and artistic installations, with axis-symmetric reception desks establishing a ceremonial atmosphere and dual-channel entry system reminiscent of museum architecture. The center distinguishes itself through its integration of a children's activity area, departing from conventional sales office layouts to create an engaging, multi-functional environment. The design employs sophisticated material combinations, including metal and marble intersections in the water bar area, while utilizing mirror surfaces and metallic linear elements to achieve a multi-layered spatial experience. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in commercial interior design through its thoughtful balance of aesthetic innovation and practical functionality, contributing to the broader urban development strategy of building new cities and optimizing old cities.
