Chengdu Wanhua Luxelakes Eco-City C13 Showroom is an innovative interior design project located in Chengdu, China, comprising two distinct residential units that exemplify sophisticated modern living spaces. The project, completed in June 2017 and recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases a masterful blend of contemporary aesthetics and functional design principles. Unit A, spanning 117 square meters, presents itself as a poetic dwelling that harmoniously connects with its natural surroundings, featuring a thoughtful combination of hard architectural lines and soft decorative elements. The space employs creative solutions for spatial challenges, such as the transformation of a narrow corridor through innovative water modeling wall decoration and strategic top lighting. Unit B, encompassing 184 square meters, demonstrates a more artistic approach with its multi-level textures and original artworks, utilizing a predominantly gray color palette inspired by the philosophical concept of moderation. The design, created by Jianmei Li, incorporates sophisticated elements throughout both units, including dark turquoise accents in the children's bedroom and earth-toned colors in the master bedroom of Unit A, while maintaining a delicate balance between modern functionality and artistic expression through careful material selection and spatial arrangement.
