Cerese F Residential Interior Design

Cerese F Residential Interior Design

Cerese F Residential Interior Design is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies efficient space utilization and thoughtful functionality within a compact 32-square-meter living environment. Created by designers Sadie Wong and Stanley Chun, this transformative design solution successfully accommodates a young family's needs by incorporating two bedrooms, a bathroom, living area, and kitchen through intelligent spatial planning and innovative architectural elements. The design's centerpiece is a sophisticated partition system that serves multiple functions: dividing the baby room, living room, and foyer while facilitating natural light distribution and air circulation while maintaining privacy. This multifunctional approach extends throughout the space, where wood and glass elements are strategically employed to maximize natural illumination and create an illusion of expanded space. The project, completed in 2018, demonstrates exceptional problem-solving in small-space design, particularly evident in the innovative relocation of the bathroom and the creation of a windowless baby room solution through the implementation of movable partitions. The design's warm ambiance is achieved through the thoughtful integration of wood textures and white surfaces, while practical considerations such as hidden console receivers and a sliding door system showcase the designers' attention to detail. This project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a masterful example of form following function in contemporary residential design, particularly in addressing the challenges of urban living spaces.
