Centrestage 2022 Event Organiser Space is an innovative exhibition design project that transformed a 6,665-square-meter space into a multifunctional fashion event environment, showcasing the convergence of physical and digital experiences through cutting-edge technology and thoughtful spatial design. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Event and Happening Design category, exemplifies excellence in creating immersive fashion experiences through its sophisticated integration of various digital elements, including naked-eye LED displays, interactive installations, and virtual reality components. The space featured a striking entrance with a 6-meter-wide curved LED screen creating three-dimensional visual effects, leading to an expansive interior housing two suspended circular LED screens measuring 5.5 and 4 meters in diameter, complemented by a 1.5-meter spherical screen. The design incorporated sustainable elements through the use of biodegradable carpets and reusable aluminum structural frames, while maintaining aesthetic appeal with perforated sheet walls, LED lighting tubes, and mirror-finished interactive game columns. The space successfully addressed the challenge of translating concepts of inclusion and diversity into physical form, featuring dedicated areas for virtual fashion shows, interactive experiences, and brand presentations. The technical implementation included prefabricated elements to accommodate a tight three-day setup schedule, demonstrating exceptional project management and execution. This innovative design solution effectively created multiple functional zones within the space, including areas for opening receptions, fashion presentations, and interactive experiences, while maintaining a cohesive visual narrative throughout the three-day event duration.
