Center Manor Sales Office Sales Office

Center Manor Sales Office Sales Office is an exemplary architectural interior design project that masterfully reimagines a 400-year-old Chinese house into a contemporary sales office while preserving its rich cultural heritage. Located adjacent to the historic Three Lanes and Seven Alleys and the ancient Kangshan Temple, this 1,100-square-meter space demonstrates an exceptional balance between traditional Chinese architectural elements and modern design sensibilities. The design, which earned the prestigious Platinum A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, draws inspiration from the Minjiang River, Drum Mountain, and local tea culture, incorporating these elements into a cohesive spatial narrative. The entrance features an imposing bronze double door, leading to a slate-paved path that pays homage to traditional Fuzhou lanes. The interior design scheme employs a sophisticated palette dominated by ink colors, complemented by oriental red, bright yellow, dark blue, and pure white accents. Notable design elements include antique windows, traditional beam-and-column structures, and carefully selected Chinese-style furniture, all working in harmony to create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The space showcases meticulous attention to authenticity, utilizing materials such as bricks, tiles, and mortise-tenon joints sourced from Suzhou, while incorporating modern amenities and spatial planning techniques. Large glass walls strategically placed throughout the structure create a dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, allowing visitors to appreciate both the graceful bamboo gardens and the intricate wooden architectural details, resulting in a seamless blend of historical preservation and contemporary functionality.
