Centaline Club Clubhouse Design

Centaline Club Clubhouse Design

Centaline Club Clubhouse Design is an innovative interior architectural project that exemplifies contemporary commercial space design through its sophisticated integration of urban aesthetics and functional versatility. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, this 350-square-meter multifunction facility represents a significant advancement in corporate clubhouse design, distinguished by its unique interpretation of Hong Kong's urban landscape through interior elements. The design's most striking feature is its creative adaptation of aerial city views into architectural elements, incorporating bird's-eye perspective patterns into wall treatments and structural components. The space employs an ambitious material palette, including gold-toned metals, marble flooring with dynamic patterns, and stainless steel insertions that create wave-like topographic representations of the urban environment. A particularly noteworthy design element is the unconventional ceiling treatment, which inverts traditional floor materials by mounting carpeting overhead, creating a distinctive spatial experience. The project demonstrates exceptional attention to technical challenges, particularly in its double-layer ceiling structure and complex 3D wall implementations, which required extensive research including the analysis of over 1,000 drone-captured aerial photographs to accurately represent street patterns. This innovative approach to corporate interior design earned recognition at the A' Design Award competition, receiving an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its contribution to advancing commercial interior design practices. The space serves as a multifunctional environment for client meetings, project showcases, and industry events, while its design narrative cleverly references Hong Kong's real estate heritage through its material choices and spatial arrangements.
